Hall Rental runs from $300.00 - $900 with a signed contract, a credit card on file, and a Deposit of the same amount to secure the space.
Our capacity is 200 people.
We are a full-service operation including bar service. We do all of the setup, tear-down, and provide all tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, linens (with the exception of chair covers).
The only outside food permitted to be brought in are wedding cakes.
All other food and beverages would need to be purchased through us.
Decorations, DJ, and Wedding cakes are basically the only things the clients need to provide on their own. We’re very flexible with decorations although glitter is unacceptable as well as candles that drip wax onto the tablecloths.
20% service charge applied to all sales.
Full payment is due 6 days prior to the event, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
