OCTOBER 26 | 5-8PM | Hancock Historical Museum

Spooktacular!

The Hancock Historical Museum will host an evening of fun for all ages at a Halloween “Spooktacular!” on Saturday, October 26th from 5-8pm. Enjoy tours through the “haunted” Hull House, built in 1881. Sample seasonal treats cooked over the hearth in the historic Crawford Log House. Decorate pumpkins and cookies. Children will enjoy face-painting, crafts and games throughout the museum’s multiple buildings. The Children’s Museum of Findlay, Hancock Parks District, and the Blanchard River Watershed Partnership will also be on-hand with activities for guests. Donations will be accepted for refreshments. Guests are encouraged to come in costume! Admission for the event is $1 per person and includes all museum facilities. The first 100 children will receive a complimentary Halloween picture book!


OCTOBER 29 | 7-10 PM | Downtown

2019 Findlay|Hancock County Halloween Parade

The parade is anticipated to last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.  Spectators are invited to dress in their best family friendly Halloween costumes and cheer on the participants as they walk (or ride, roll, or drive) by! There are plenty of participants in this year’s parade, including six Hancock County bands and many great floats featuring costumes of both the spooky and family friendly variety.
